[11/16/2007] New TRSD Website. In order to accomodate additional needs and growth, the TRSD Website has been redesigned. Existing information has been rearranged, and the site is designed to accomodate additional content and pages in the future.

[10/23/2006] On Tuesday, October 3rd, BenetSafe.org made a presentation on Internet Safety via video conference call. Many recommended links from the demonstration can be found here. These links will provide parents, teachers, and students with various resources regarding safety on the Internet.

ne Videoconferencing. Here you will find information and photos of where we have been, along with listings of many providers of videoconferencing programs. Videoconferencing is also referred to often as "Distance Learning", "Remote Collaboration", and "Virtual Field Trips".

[01/06/2006] The TEN channel now has a website of its own, which can reached from here. The TEN website now includes contact information, forms, along with our programming schedule and online message board.


[08/26/2005] Waterford Labs Ready to go Online. After a successful year piloting in Danville, Atkinson, Pollard, and Sandown North now have full size Waterford Labs as well. These labs allow Grade 1 and 2 teachers to utilize the Waterford Early Reading Program (WERP) in a more effective and efficient manner. Each lab has 24 computers to allow for a full class of students to be on the program silmultaneously.


[07/01/2005] Elementary Computer Lab Expansions. Computer labs in all elementary schools have been rearranged and upgraded to 26 computers. This will allow all students to be able to actively participate during computer class, which is now taken by students in all grades over the course of the school year. This will also be very beneficial to classroom teachers utilizing the lab.
[06/20/2005] TRMS Video Club off to a Good Start. Along with Bob Carolan of Plaistow Access Cable, we have started a video club at Timberlane Regional Middle School. In this program, 7th and 8th grade students have been trained on camera operation and video techniques with Mr. Carolan and Mr. Zanello. The Students have already been involved with actual TEN channel productions - the 8th Grade Celebration ceremonies and the Hypnotist program as well. We look forward to continuing this Enrichment Program at the middle school.


[12/20/2004] Equipment for Distance Learning is completely set-up and functional at all schools. Dedicated high speed data lines to each unit are operational as well. At the high school, classes have been using the equipment since September. Click here to visit the new Distance Learning site.

[04/14/2004] Distance Learning equipment is beginning to arrive at all schools! We will soon be able to communicate between all schools within the district, as well as other schools and outside institutions. Check back soon for more information.
