Summer Strength and Conditioning 2018

The Summer Strength and Conditioning program will be held Monday-Wednesday-Friday mornings from 7:00 AM-8:45 AM. The sessions are open to all Timberlane athletes and is free of charge.  The program will begin Monday June 25 and run through Friday August 3, rain or shine. Please note, there will be no session Wednesday July 4th. Athletes should meet coaches on the HS track ready to begin promptly at 7 AM.
