The Timberlane Regional School District will hold a meeting of the Timberlane Parent Advisory Forum (TPAF) on Monday, September 19, 2016 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM in the Superintendent’s Office Boardroom. All parents of Timberlane students are invited to attend.
The District will be seeking parent input and feedback related to possible adjustments to period schedules at the Middle School and High School, with possible implementation not occurring prior to the 2017-18 school year. Detailed information related to the proposed adjustment options, including advantages such as increased instructional opportunities and reduced “passing” time will be provided to parents for review and consideration prior to the September 19th forum.
Looking ahead to the 2016-2017 school year, TPAF meetings will be held on the following Mondays: September 19th, October 17th, November 14th, January 23rd, February 20th, March 20th, and April 17th. Topic ideas: Schedule Adjustments, Summer Work, and Competencies. Parents are invited to submit future agenda topics for consideration by emailing them to TPAF @timberlane.net.
