Kindergarten and First Grade Registration
PARENT ORIENTATION AND REGISTRATION
For all Kindergarten students and First Grade students who are new to the district!

*Note: Sandown North will have their First Grade Parent Night on March 15, from 6- 7pm.
A parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of registration, and the following documents are required:
- Original birth certificate with raised seal
- Two current utility bills or a mortgage statement, or a purchase and sales agreement, or a lease, or a property tax bill
- Immunization records with updated vaccinations
- Physical exam dated September 1, 2016 or later. A recent physical exam form will be accepted if an upcoming exam has been scheduled and will take place prior to September 1, 2017.
Kindergarten / Children who are 5 years of age by September 30, 2017: To be eligible for Kindergarten, students must have been born between October 1, 2011 and September 30, 2012.
Grade 1 / Children who are 6 years of age by September 30, 2017, Compulsory Education Requirement: Per RSA 193:1, any child born before October 1, 2011 shall attend school full time.
Screening Dates: Registered students will be invited to participate in initial screening during the month of May.
