Principal’s Welcome Letter

Thank you for visiting our website. Danville School welcomes students in grades Pre-Kindergarten-grade 5. We are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and equitable learning environment for students. To this end, we teach our core values of Respect, Responsibility, and Pride though the PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) philosophy. Our core values are posted in every classroom and in major areas throughout the school to continually make students and staff aware of them.

Originally a parish of Kingston, Danville was chartered in 1760 as the Hawke Township, named after Admiral Sir Edward Hawke. An illness overtook most of the residents of Hawke and the town was re-named Danville in 1836. Our mascot is the Danville Hawke, in honor of the original name of our town.

The dedicated staff is proud to work in partnership with Danville families to support our students. We believe as a team we can enrich the learning experience for all students.

If you have questions, please feel free to contact me at or 603-382-5554.
