Due to the impending weather we are postponing our Orientation / Registration night. Please see below.

Date: Tuesday, February 19, 2019
Time: 6:00 – 7:00pm
A parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of registration, and the following documents are required:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Two current utility bills or a mortgage statement, or a purchase and sales agreement or a lease or a property tax bill.
- Immunization records with updated vaccinations.
- Physical exam dated September 1, 2018 or later. A recent physical exam form will be accepted if an upcoming exam has been scheduled and will take place prior to September 1, 2019.
