Please visit Final Forms to complete your registration. If you are registering for the first time, all the information you need is included in the Parent Playbook. If you have any questions during the registration process, please reach out to the Athletic office, amy.stewart@timberlane.net. You can also contact technical support within the Final Forms platform.
Athletes must be registered, have a valid physical uploaded into Final Forms, and have passed all classes from the previous quarter to be deemed eligible.
