Professional Improvement Employee Benefits: (CBA and Non-CBA) Workshops, Tuition & Reimbursements Requests
Approvals for attending workshops (non-credit) or enrolling in courses (credit earning)
Please click the link below and complete the short Google Form to apply for approval to attend workshops (with or without travel expenses) or for taking a credit-earning course. You will be sent a Pandadoc form to your TRSD email to complete and to e-sign the request form once your request has been reviewed. Please do not sign up for workshops or courses until you have received confirmation and a PO number from the SAU.
NOTE: You must be signed into your TRSD Google Account in order to fill out the form. Your name and email address will be collected automatically.

Requests for workshop or course expense reimbursements
Please click the link below and complete the short Google Form to submit for workshop expenses or course cost reimbursement. Please make sure to upload all necessary receipts, workshop attendance certificates, and/or final grades for courses. Please upload only PDF copies of these items into the Google Form. You will be sent a Pandadoc form to your TRSD email to complete and e-sign the request form once your submission has been reviewed.
