TRHS Senior Prom – Ticket Sales

Attention all seniors! Prom tickets will be going on sale starting Monday, April 15th-Friday, May 3rd.  Tickets will be $60 each or $100 for 2.  In order to purchase a prom ticket, you must have paid your senior dues.  For seniors who still owe dues, the cost is now $65.

If any of these present a hardship to you and your family, please contact the Class of 2019 Advisors, Katie Murphy and Meaghan Guanci.

TRHS Class of 2019 Krispy Kreme Fundraiser

The Class of 2019 will be running a Krispy Kreme Donuts Sale Fundraiser to help defray the costs of Senior Cruise. Seniors will be pre-selling boxes of Krispy Kreme donuts from 2/20-3/20- only orders received in this time frame will be placed. There are 12 donuts in a box, each box costs $10.

Order forms are available for pick-up from Mrs. Guanci in Room 609/614.


Money must be collected by the sellers prior to turning in the order form. Forms AND money are due to Mrs. Guanci in Room 614/609 or Mrs. Murphy in Room 608 by March 20th. For more sales sheets, see an exec member or advisor of 2019.

You must come and pick up your donuts on March 29th, more details to follow. You are responsible for distributing donut box sales to those outside of TRHS.  TRHS staff and students who you have sold to may pick up directly. Email or with any questions.


The top two sellers who have the most boxes sold will each get a $25 Amazon gift card.

TRHS History Book Club – “All The Light We Cannot See”

History Book Club February/March Read: All The Light We Cannot See, by Anthony Doerr

Books are available in the library or TRHS room 505. Please join us on any of the dates for a discussion of this beautifully written 2015 Pulitzer Prize bestseller about a blind French girl and a German boy whose paths collide in occupied France as both try to survive the devastation of World War II.

Exam Week – Resources and Workshops

The Positive School Culture Crew would like to help you make it through the exam week with these resources and workshop options following the exam block.  Just a reminder there is no late bus, so if you do plan to stay for a workshop, you will need to find a ride home.

BULLETIN BOARD: Check out the Bulletin Board near the main entrance in the 100 hallway with QR codes for resources to help you Crush your Midterms and Finals. From study tips to spotify playlists to help you study, this resource is one to check out!

WORKSHOPS: During the exam week, there will be five different 30-60 minute workshops offered to students and staff looking for a mental health break from studying, test-taking, and grading.  Workshops will be held at 11:00 am on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.  If you would like to participate in any of the workshops, please click through the survey to find the workshop(s) you are interested in and simply write in your name to sign up.  Please note, some workshops have an additional prompt to check off.

Below is a list of the workshops and their descriptions.   Registration closes one school day before the workshop.  You may email the instructor to check space if you wish to attend after that time.

New studies reveal coloring can help to improve mood, reduce stress and boost creativity. Come decompress after your first day of midterms with some music and therapeutic coloring.

Laughter is proven to be a stress reliever- what better way to kick off the rest of your exam week than joining in on some improv games that will keep you on your toes and laughing! No improv experience is required- just bring an open mind and a fun-loving attitude.

DE-STRESS WITH ESSENTIAL OILS- With make and take option

Essential oils can be a great resource to help quelch stress and anxiety. At this workshop, you will learn about the benefits of essential oils and have the opportunity to make an essential oil roller(s). Roller options include Focused Mind and Concentration with Memory Boost Blend.

Students- One roller FREE, second roller $4; Staff- each roller is $4

Stressed out from midterms? Yoga increases focus, makes you happier, and helps you relax. Join us for this workshop and find balance during a stressful week.

Take a tour of the Green Screen studio, and see basic demos of the Green Screen, Studio Lights, Teleprompter, etc. If time permits, there will also be an overview of the Adobe Applications available for post-production.

Class of 2019 Reminder / Senior Dues

Senior Class of 2019!

It’s that time of year! Senior dues are currently $55 and will increase to $65 on February 1st. Bring your cash or check to Mrs. Nye in the Assistant Principal’s Office. All seniors must pay dues in order to graduate. Payment plans can be made if needed.

Annual Ski & Snowboard Swap – Saturday, November 3

TRHS Ski Team’s Annual Ski & Snowboard Swap will be held on Saturday November 3 from 8 am to 12 pm at the TRMS Cafeteria, 44 Greenough Road, Plaistow, NH.  Equipment drop off will be on Friday November 2 from 5 to 8 PM.

There will be new and used equipment for sale as well as local vendors. This is a great opportunity for families to replace outgrown equipment and get new. GREAT deal and HUGE Discounts all to support the TRHS SKI TEAM. For more information contact, the TRHS Ski Team Boosters is a non-profit organization.
