First View App Update

Dear Sandown North Families,

We wanted to provide you with a quick update regarding the new First View App that TRSD will be using this year.  Below are a few updates regarding questions we have been receiving surrounding First View:

• NEW students may not be in the system yet.
• If your student is not yet in Power School, you will not be able to register on First View. Power School is updated weekly on Thursdays.
• The First View app is updated weekly, usually on a Monday.  Once a student is processed in Power School, the information will transfer over to First View during the weekly update.
• First View uses the home address of the student and has no connection with Pickup Patrol. If a student is riding a different bus, at this time, a student cannot be tracked via the First View app.
