Run of the Savages
The Run of the Savages 5K Run/Walk event will be held virtually this year on 4/30-5/9. For 2021, you pick the day, weather, time, and route.
This event is being organized to put a positive spin on cancer by focusing on something greater than the disease: a fun community event and a cause for a cure. The event was originated in recognition of Plaistow Police Chief, Stephen Savage, who lost his battle with cancer in 2014. Please consider joining us in the “Run of the Savages” to help battle this deadly disease. All proceeds of this race will be donated to The Jimmy Fund @ Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
There will be prizes this year:
All valid registrants who submit their results AND post a photo WEARING THIS year’s RoTS apparel will be entered into a raffle for a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
All valid registrants who submit their results AND post a photo WEARING ANY year’s RoTS apparel will be entered into a 2nd raffle for a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
All valid registrants who submit their results AND post a photo participating will be entered into a raffle for a $25 Amazon Gift Card.
This means if you wear apparel from THIS year, you have 3 chances to win.
