  • 8th grade students who are campaigning for a position in office for freshman year may create a short video campaign next week during advisory. This Video will play during lunch on the week of elections. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Roy
  • Plants for sale:     During lunches tomorrow Flowers, herbs and vegetables will be on sale for $3 each in the cafeteria.
  • Janet Gustafson Memorial Scholarship:Home room teachers will be collecting donations all this week, toward the Janet Gustafson memorial scholarship fund. On Friday wear WHITE and jeans and walk for Lung Cancer awareness.

  • This week we celebrate health and wellness at TRMS.  We have great prizes for students and staff but you need to participate to be eligible.
  • COLOR DAYS ARE BACK!  Each day is assigned a color.  These colors represent healthy fruits and vegetables.  If the students are caught wearing the days color, by bead patrol, they’ll receive beads.  Students and staff members, wearing the days color will also be able to fill out a raffle ticket at lunch time.  Prize winners will be drawn and announcedthe next day during announcements.

  • The door decorating contest is back!!  Start your design and decorating on Monday and judging will take place Thursday.  All doors must be completed by the end of Thursday’s advisory.  The winner will get to choose either a pancake breakfast or pizza party with Mr. Hogan.
  • New this year is our random act of kindness promotion.   We have a few staff members from each grade that will be on the lookout for students taking part.  If a student is identified their name will be announced at the end of the day so that we all may recognize them for their respectful and/or thoughtful act.  Please share with your students’ different ways to show kindness and respect during and after the school day.
