Student Athletes Participate at Leadership Conference Take 2nd Place in Video Contest
Congratulations to the Timberlane student-athlete leadership team for finishing in second place in the #MyReasonWhy contest! Student-athletes from around the state were asked to create short videos explaining their reasons for participating in high school sports. The contest took place during the Annual New Hampshire Athletic Directors’ Student Leadership Conference on March 16th and 17th at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord, NH. This program provides leadership workshops to student-athletes from across the state and is designed to bring students together to better understand the importance of being positive role models and leaders in their schools and communities. Timberlane students participating in the conference were Dan Hayes, Sarah Padellaro, Al Barney, Sarah Casey and Kylie Fitzpatrick. Timberlane teachers/coaches, Mim Ryan and Kevin Fitzgerald served as chaperones for the student-athletes who attended.
