Additional Questions and Answers on this Bid:
1. Do you have drawings for the design (measurements of the projector locations and cabling requirements)? No, we don’t have any diagrams or measurements. In general the hdmi cables need to be around 10-12 feet from the projectors to the hdmi port box in the front of the classroom for teachers to plug into.
2. Are the locations consistent with how the equipment will need to be installed? In general the projectors will be installed above the whiteboards in the front of the classrooms.
3. Can I submit a second proposal with an alternative projector of the same or better specifications? Please just submit one (your best bid) meeting the requirements.
4.) Will you except any non-Epsom projectors? No, please only bid Epsom as we have many in the district already and have standardized training, support, and spare parts with them already.
