Public Hearing on Petition to Amend Articles of Agreement

In accordance with the Timberlane Regional School District’s Articles of Agreement, the Timberlane Regional School Board will hold a public hearing on a citizen’s petition to modify the Articles of Agreement on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Superintendent’s Office, 30 Greenough Road, Plaistow, NH.
The petition to amend the Articles of Agreement to Weighted Voting by Petition of Jack Sapia et al reads, “Shall the voters of the Timberlane Regional School District change Article 2 of the Articles of Agreement to incorporate weighted full time weighted voting based on percentage of the student enrollment of each town. If Warrant Article — passes this Warrant Article is void.”
