Tomorrow’s Weather – Potential Remote Learning Day

Good Evening TRSD Community,

Tonight’s weather forecast is now calling for 3-5” of snow tomorrow with the bulk of the snow falling in the afternoon during the bus run times. There is a possibility that schools will be closed tomorrow and that we will be in remote only instruction for all schools and students.  Notifications will go out tomorrow morning by 5:30am if there is a remote only day, and if so, we will be following a normal Tuesday school day schedule.

As a reminder, school cancelations are usually announced between 5:00am-5:30am and are communicated out through various channels:

• School Messenger texts and robo-calls to contact information on file with the district. * These messages on some occasions can be delayed based on the load on the system.
• School and district websites
• School and district social media (Facebook and Twitter)
• Television station on air news and websites including:
  • Channel 9 – WMUR
  • Channel 4 – WBZ
  • Channel 5 – WCVB
  • Channel 7 – WHDH
  • Channel 10 – WBTS
  • NECN
